HABODEL

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Habodel is a forward-thinking property company whose ethos centres around creating happy rented living for all, pioneering the rental housing market through quality homes and a customer-first approach. The office environment was designed to reflect these values whilst creating a workplace suited to modern ways of working.

DEN Interiors were appointed to create a contemporary office environment that balanced flexibility, wellbeing and collaboration. Designed during a period where social distancing and adaptable working environments became increasingly important, the brief focused on creating a workplace that supported staff wellbeing whilst encouraging creativity and interaction.

The result is a warm and welcoming workspace designed around people, flexibility and choice.

DESIGN CONCEPT

The design concept for Habodel was inspired by Scandinavian interiors, introducing a calming palette, natural materials and softer workplace environments to move away from the traditional corporate office aesthetic.

The office was designed to feel inviting and residential in character, creating a workplace where employees genuinely wanted to spend time. Warm timbers, soft textures and layered finishes were introduced throughout the scheme to create comfort and wellbeing whilst maintaining a professional environment.

Flexibility became a key driver within the design, with a variety of work settings created to support focused work, collaboration, informal meetings and social interaction. Rather than a one-size-fits-all office, the space provides employees with choice in how and where they work.

The result is a contemporary workplace designed around modern working habits.
